POWER BACK-UP

All packages include a UPS to ensure your internet and WiFi network stay up during any short power dips. You have the option of upgrading this to a 4 hour power back up.

UPTIME GAURANTEE

Skywave comes with a uptime guarantee, if the service is down for more than 0,5% of the month, your bill is reduced proportionately.

ADVANCED SECURITY

Advanced firewall protection is a built-in feature to make sure your business connection is not vulnerable to cyber attacks.

NETWORK MANAGEMENT

• Network support, maintenance and monitoring – no in-house network engineer needed. 

HOW IT WORKS

• Choose a package and sign a 24 month contract.
• We install (free) and activate, then bill you monthly – no upfront costs.
• The installed equipment is provided on a rental basis, so all upgrades and maintenance is on us.
• Your business will now run on reliable, secure and fast internet.
• If you ever need to end the service, give us 30 days notice, after which we retrieve the equipment.
